Elliotts have been associated with pitched roofing in the Hampshire area since 1933 when a specialist section was formed to undertake war damage repairs.   We carry out traditional slating, tiling, cedar shingle contracts, leadwork and the more modern metal tile systems. Our customers include local and national builders & developers, government authorities, self builders and the private and domestic sectors.

 

Slating can be undertaken using new Welsh slate, or a variety of imported slate which either meet or exceed British Standard requirements.  Tiling work is carried out using clay or concrete tiles in various profiles supplied by all the leading UK manufacturers including Lafarge (Redland) and Marley Eternit. Another attractive option, and very popular in our area, are French clay tiles imported by Elliott Brothers. 

 

When refurbishment work is required, the roof can often be recovered by using sound materials salvaged from the original, and then second-hand tiles sourced to provide an acceptable match to complete the project.  As long standing members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors, you can be assured that all our work is correctly surveyed and guaranteed.
